1Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" refers to the ular88 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at https://ular88.cam and any sub-domains thereof.
• "Account" means the individual member account created by a User upon successful registration and verification.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held in a Member's account wallet, excluding bonus credits unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by ular88 that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable Balance.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-funded stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, lottery draw, or any other betting market offered on the Platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals may be processed.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" refers to the deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion features available within the Member's account settings.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to the Platform is blocked or restricted by the Company.

2Eligibility

2.1 To open an account and use the ular88 Platform, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement applies to all users, including those accessing the Platform from Indonesia.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation or other legal entity) with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or consultant of ular88 or any of its affiliates, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously suspended, banned, or excluded from the ular88 Platform for any reason.

2.2 ular88 makes no representation that accessing the Platform is lawful in every jurisdiction. Indonesian players acknowledge that online gambling occupies a legally ambiguous position under Indonesian law and that they access the Platform at their own discretion and risk.

3Account Registration

3.1 To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile phone number.

3.2 One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the ular88 Platform. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, address, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at the Company's discretion, and any Bonus Funds in those accounts will be forfeited.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any other person. ular88 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account that occurs as a result of your failure to maintain credential security.

3.4 You must notify ular88 immediately via live chat or email ([email protected]) if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorized third party.

3.5 You agree to keep all registration information up to date. ular88 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where information is found to be inaccurate, outdated, or misleading.

4KYC Verification

4.1 Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at any other time deemed necessary by the Company, ular88 requires Members to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.

4.2 KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to:

• A government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP, passport, or SIM driving licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the past three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot or statement confirming that the BCA, BRI, Mandiri, OVO, or DANA account used for deposits belongs to the Member).
• A selfie photograph holding the government-issued ID, if requested.

4.3 ular88 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and to request additional documentation until KYC verification is fully satisfied. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) days may result in account suspension.

4.4 All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Deposits may be made via the following methods available to Indonesian players:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000. All deposits are credited to the Member's account in real time. ular88 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.

ular88 accepts deposits only from payment accounts registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source account, less any applicable transaction costs.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are subject to:

• Completion of KYC verification (Section 4).
• Full satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.
• No active fraud investigation or account review on the Member's account.

Processing times: withdrawal requests are typically completed within 5 to 60 minutes. During peak periods, public holidays (including Idul Fitri and Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August), or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours. ular88 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

ular88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request. The Company may request further documentation before releasing funds where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

6Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 ular88 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free-bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and major sporting tournaments including BRI Liga 1, the AFF Cup, and the UEFA Champions League.

6.2 All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the combined bonus and deposit amount, unless a different multiplier is explicitly stated in the specific promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated in the promotion — failure to do so will result in the automatic expiry and cancellation of the Bonus Funds.

6.3 The following additional conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
• Certain game types — including but not limited to togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, live dealer baccarat, and specific table games — may contribute at a reduced rate (or not at all) toward wagering requirements. The applicable contribution rates are listed in each promotion's dedicated terms page.
• Bets placed using Bonus Funds that are subsequently voided or refunded by the Platform do not count toward wagering requirements.
• ular88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if it reasonably determines that the bonus has been claimed in bad faith or in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.

6.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinating with other members to exploit promotional terms — is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

7Betting & Game Rules

7.1 All wagers on sports markets, casino games, lottery products (including togel Singapore, Hongkong, and Sydney draws), sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting wagering), and any other betting products offered on the Platform are subject to the specific game rules published on the Platform alongside those markets.

7.2 For sports betting, the following general principles apply:

• Odds are displayed in the format selected by the Member (decimal, fractional, or Indonesian/Malay odds) and are correct at the time of bet placement. Odds fluctuate in real time and ular88 is not obligated to offer the same odds on any market for any period of time.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all individual selections to win for the full parlay payout to be awarded. If one or more selections are void, those legs are treated as non-runners and the parlay is recalculated accordingly.
• For voor bola (Asian handicap) markets, the handicap and run-line are fixed at the time of bet placement and will not change regardless of subsequent line movements.
• In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, ular88 reserves the right to void all bets on that event and return stakes to Members' accounts.
• ular88 reserves the right to void, cancel, or amend any bet placed at an obviously erroneous price (palpable error) regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

7.3 For live casino games operated by third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and Microgaming), the game rules and payout tables published by those studios govern in the event of any dispute between the Platform's description and the studio's rules.

7.4 All slot games use certified random number generators (RNGs) and return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published by the respective game studios. ular88 does not manipulate RNG outcomes.

8Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ular88 Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Opening more than one (1) account, whether under your own name or a third party's details.
• Providing false, misleading, or forged information or documentation at any stage of the registration, KYC, or withdrawal process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or circumvent Platform security measures.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any other form of corrupt wagering activity.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage on any market.
• Using the Platform to process, transfer, or conceal the proceeds of criminal activity (money laundering).
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or latency in live-betting markets to place bets with a guaranteed positive expected value ("arbing" in breach of Platform limits).
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ular88 staff, support agents, or other Members via any communication channel.

8.2 Where ular88 reasonably determines that any of the above conduct has occurred, the Company reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void all associated bets and Bonus Funds, withhold or forfeit any Balance, and report the activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

9Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the ular88 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, audio, video, data compilations, and odds feeds — is the exclusive property of ular88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit any scraping, data harvesting, republication, redistribution, or commercial use of any Platform content without prior written consent from ular88.

10Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ular88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

10.2 ular88 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions. ular88 will endeavor to notify Members of scheduled downtime in advance.

10.3 In the event of a technical error that results in a bet being accepted at an incorrect price, credited with an incorrect payout, or settled in an incorrect manner, ular88 reserves the right to void the affected bet and re-settle it at the correct terms, or to refund the original stake at its sole discretion.

10.4 ular88's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single claim or series of connected claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11Privacy & Data

11.1 ular88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

11.2 ular88 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and regular penetration testing to safeguard Member data. However, no online system can be guaranteed to be entirely secure, and Members use the Platform at their own risk.

11.3 ular88 may share Member data with licensed third-party identity verification providers, payment processors (including local Indonesian bank gateways and e-wallet operators), fraud-detection services, and regulatory authorities as required by applicable law. We do not sell personal data to unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.

12Account Termination

12.1 Termination by the Member: You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable upon voluntary account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have already been fully met.

12.2 Termination by ular88: ular88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or regulatory non-compliance.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months (dormant account policy applies — see Section 12.3).

12.3 Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of no login activity. ular88 will notify the Member via registered email prior to applying a monthly dormancy administrative fee of Rp 25.000 to the account Balance. Where the Balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Real-money Balances in dormant accounts are never permanently forfeited without prior written notice to the Member's registered email address.

13Governing Law

13.1 This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ular88 holds its international gaming licence.

13.2 Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the Company's internal disputes process.

13.3 If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect.

14Amendments

14.1 ular88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ular88 will notify Members via the registered email address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

14.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account in accordance with Section 12.1.

14.3 The most current version of these Terms and Conditions is always available at https://ular88.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent revision was published.
